Has Suncor been challenging our union elsewhere on site?

Just wondering if the company appears to be using strong-arm tactics (discipline) against other CEP members during negotiations.  Two long-time CEP members were dismissed suddenly (unjustly???) from our area (upgrader).   Hopefully, something can be done to help these fellow members and show support for them and their families.
