i noticed on the poll, that there was nothing mentioned about LANGUAGE. this is something that the membership mandated! yet the"poll" you posted had nothing to do with what the membership mandated. you told me ( Roland) that in regards to seniority in the mine, that the company would not budge on this topic. when i asked , have you tried ," you said " no " because the company would not change it. Well now i think that the membership has spoken again... what good is a raise if you could loose your job the next day. LISTEN TO THE MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!
