Will I have a chance to tell the Union what changes I would like to see on the New Agreement?

Yes , our by-laws state that before bargaining begins the membership must be surveyed. Once the survey is done the Bargaining Committee must then compile the information and create a set of proposals to bring to the bargaining table. The proposals must first be ratified at a special membership meeting before bargaining begins.
